Part of my work at Louella for over 45 years was to research and find the next Mr (or Mrs) BIG. We brought in so many successful strains before they were widely known. Maurice Verheye, Lefebre Dhaenes, De Baere Bros., to name but a few would change the face of the British racing pigeon for good.
Bringing the Hommes family into Massarella Racing Elite is the result of much hard work. They are perhaps the most versatile of the longer distance strains around today. Winning from 450/785 miles this small ‘back yard’ loft is full of so many outstanding pigeons.
They hold the official title of The BEST Overall morning and afternoon release Marathon loft of the Netherlands in 2018-2020.
The Familie Hommes beat everyone – no exclusions. They are the quicker alternative to most distance birds and are right up to date with the modern way of racing.
As I would do always I visited the family myself and the result is I have a comprehensive and very special stock loft of their very BEST.
